Russian troops launched two strikes on Sumy State University.
On the evening of August 17, the Russian army fired a ballistic missile at the city, damaging the main building of the university. And on the night of August 18, the occupiers attacked with four more strike drones.
There are no casualties so far, but information about the victims and the extent of the damage is being clarified.
