The enemy struck the centre of Kupyansk with a guided aerial bomb.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to him, two women aged 53 and 61 and a 27-year-old man were injured as a result of the hit to a 5-storey residential building.
‘There may be people under the rubble,’ the official added.
A car also caught fire, and five other cars were damaged.
All relevant services are working at the scene.
