On the morning of 1 February, the Russian army carried out massive strikes in Kharkiv and the region, causing the destruction of residential infrastructure.
According to the police, a residential building in Kharkiv caught fire at around 07:40 as a result of a UAV strike. One person was killed and four other civilians were injured.
According to Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the JFO, a woman in her 60s died as a result of the enemy strike.
‘As of this minute, there are 5 casualties in Kholodnohirsk district,’ he wrote on Telegram.
According to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the attack on Kharkiv was carried out by a Shahed UAV.
Emergency services are working at the scene, eliminating the consequences of the attack and documenting Russian war crimes.
