Near Kostiantynivka, Russian forces targeted a humanitarian mission vehicle with FPV drones. According to Yevhen Tkachov, a representative of the “Proliska” mission who spoke to Radio Svoboda, he was evacuating a married couple from the village of Zorya. Two other cars carrying civilians who had also agreed to evacuate were following behind.
Tkachov said that the vehicle was first hit by a drone carrying a fragmentation munition. Shortly afterward, two more drones attempted to strike the evacuees. Both Tkachov and a woman from the evacuated couple were wounded. She and her husband, who is suffering from stress, were taken to the hospital.
“So much for the Easter truce,” Tkachov remarked, showing the damaged vehicle.
