On the night of November 25, a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group attempted to break through the border near Hoptivka in Kharkiv region.
This was reported by Vyacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Dergachiv City Military Administration.
According to him, some of the saboteurs were eliminated, the rest were forced to retreat to Belgorod region.
“From time to time, the enemy tries to “feel out” the positions of Ukrainian defenders by sending its saboteurs. This event once again confirms the strength of our defense and the coordinated actions of the Armed Forces in eliminating the occupiers,” said Zadorenko.
He also added that Russian troops are not conducting active offensive actions in the Dergachi direction, as there is not enough concentration of forces near the border for large-scale operations.
