A Russian soldier shot a civilian who was trying to evacuate from the village of Udachnoye in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
A video of the incident appeared on one of the Telegram channels. It shows a civilian man walking along the side of the road, carrying a suitcase with his belongings. At that moment, the occupier, lying in wait in a destroyed building, opened fire with an automatic weapon.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine. Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances of the crime and the persons involved.
It is noted that this is the third recorded case of deliberate killing of civilians by the Russian army in the Donetsk region since the beginning of 2025.
