After a night of heavy shelling, the Ukrainian authorities coordinated all services to deal with the aftermath of the attack. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on Telegram.

According to her, the enemy used more than 600 drones and dozens of missiles during the strike. Energy facilities in the western regions of Ukraine were most affected by the attack.

Svyrydenko stressed that this was a deliberate and cynical strike on the eve of Christmas, when people are preparing for the holiday. According to her, the aim of the attack was to leave Ukrainian families without light, heat and a sense of security.
