Putin threatens to hit “Oreshnik” at “decision-making centers in Kiev”

Decision-making centers in Kiev may become targets for “Oreshnik”. This was announced by Vladimir Putin at the CSTO summit in Kazakhstan.

The Russian authorities threatened to hit the “decision-making centers” in Ukraine as early as 2022.

Commentators assumed that these “centers” meant, for example, government buildings in Kiev. The Russian military subsequently claimed strikes on military command posts as hitting “decision-making centers.”

What exactly Putin had in mind is not yet clear.
