North Korean soldiers took part in hostilities in the Kursk region and suffered losses. This was stated by US Department of Defense spokesman General Patrick Ryder, Sky News reports.
“We believe that North Korean soldiers participated in hostilities in the Kursk region… We have evidence that they suffered losses, both killed and wounded,” Ryder said.
On the same day, Ukrainian intelligence reported that North Korean army units were involved in assaults on Ukrainian positions in the Kursk region. Due to the significant losses, these units are being replenished with new soldiers.
Robert Brovdi, the commander of the Magyar Birds aerial reconnaissance unit, also reported losses among the DPRK military.
