National Guard repels assault in Pokrovsk direction, destroys platoon of invaders

In the Pokrovsky direction, fighters of the Spartan National Guard brigade thwarted another attempt by Russian troops to break through.

This was reported by the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Oleksandr Pivnenko.

Aerial reconnaissance detected the movement of an enemy armored personnel carrier, after which Ukrainian units struck enemy equipment and personnel with drones and artillery. As a result of the actions of the Ukrainian defenders, a platoon of Russians was destroyed, and the assault attempt was thwarted.

Over the past day, the guardsmen repelled 27 enemy assault actions along the front line.

Destroyed:

• 3 units of armored vehicles;
• 8 artillery systems;
• 2 mortars;
• 9 units of automotive equipment;
• 2 BC warehouses.
