A number of critical infrastructure facilities used by Russian occupation forces have been destroyed at the Mariupol Commercial Sea Port. Following the strike, the port was completely left without power.
This was reported by the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Azov”.
The operation targeting critical infrastructure facilities at the Mariupol Commercial Sea Port was carried out by Azov, the Security Service of Ukraine’s Main Directorate in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Special Operations Center “A”, and the Unmanned Systems Forces.
The strike hit electrical substations, radar equipment, repair infrastructure, the control tower, and fuel and lubricant storage facilities.
The Lady Augusta cargo vessel, which is part of Russia’s shadow fleet, was also struck.
“The Mariupol commercial sea port is completely without power, and the logistics of Russian troops have been significantly complicated. Azov continues to control logistical capacities and impose sanctions against Russians in the Azov Sea region,” Azov said.
