On August 1, rescuers recovered the bodies of a woman and her two minor children, girls aged 10 and 13, from under the rubble in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv.
This was reported by the Kyiv police.
Thus, 31 people, including five children, died in Kyiv as a result of the Russian attack on July 31.
A total of 159 people were injured, including 16 children, all of whom are receiving medical assistance.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that all search and rescue operations in Kyiv have been completed following the massive Russian attack on July 31.
Zelenskyy emphasized the need to increase sanctions pressure on Russia and thanked the US, Europe, and other partners for their support.
“In July alone, Russia launched more than 5,100 guided aerial bombs, 3,800 kamikaze drones, and 260 missiles, 128 of which were ballistic,” he said.
