Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has denied rumors of his alleged emigration to the United States. In a statement published on social media, he called the information about his escape a fake that began to spread in September and is now being actively dispelled.
He quoted from Harvard’s release, which says that “Kuleba will remain in Ukraine, making several visits to Cambridge, Massachusetts, during the academic semester to interact directly with students, faculty, and the broader Harvard community.”
The former minister assured that he would continue to live in Ukraine and actively work for the benefit of the state. “I will continue to live in Ukraine. Soon I will go to Hutsul, then Poltava, then Cherkasy and share stories from there. I am not moving anywhere, but using my knowledge, experience and connections for our country,” he said.
On December 5, it became known that Kuleba had become a senior fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Kennedy School in Harvard.
