        Kharkiv suffers another massive drone attack: the fifth in a week

        On the evening of 2 April, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with kamikaze drones, striking the city in about 14 attacks. The shelling damaged warehouses, private homes and infrastructure.

        According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the attack began at 21:45 and lasted for about an hour. This is the fifth massive attack on the city in a week. 

        Most of the attacks hit the industrial zone, but there were also two hits to the private sector, damaging the facades of buildings and breaking windows. Several other strikes hit an open area near a warehouse in the central part of the city.

        Mayor Igor Terekhov added that fortunately, there were no casualties. There was damage to the housing stock and transport infrastructure.
