Russians attacked the suburbs of Kharkiv. Mayor Igor Terekhov said that a large critical energy infrastructure facility was destroyed as a result of the shelling.
Terekhov noted that the emergency response headquarters is working 24/7, with emergency services and specialists on site. According to him, city authorities are doing everything possible to minimize the consequences of enemy strikes and keep the situation under control.
The mayor emphasized that utility and energy workers have repeatedly proven their ability to work in the most difficult conditions. He also noted that the city had prepared for various scenarios and is now acting clearly and responsibly, and that information will be provided promptly and substantively.
