Over three days in Florida, the Ukrainian delegation held a series of productive and constructive meetings with American and European partners, said Rustem Umerov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council. Ukraine was also represented by Lieutenant General Andriy Hnatov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On the U.S. side, the talks included Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, and White House staff member Josh Gruenbaum. Key European national security advisers also joined the discussions to align a shared strategic approach between Ukraine, the United States, and Europe.

A separate U.S.–Ukraine meeting focused on four documents: further development of a 20-point plan, aligning positions on a multilateral security guarantee framework, a U.S. security guarantee framework for Ukraine, and an economic and prosperity plan. Particular attention was paid to timelines and the sequencing of next steps.

As Witkoff noted, Ukraine remains fully committed to achieving a just and sustainable peace, with the shared priority of stopping the killing, ensuring guaranteed security, and creating conditions for recovery, stability, and long-term prosperity.
