Russian troops have intensified their assaults in the vicinity of Siversk, in particular near Bilohorivka and Verkhnekamianske. This was reported by the DeepState monitoring channel.
According to updated data, the Russians are trying to completely capture Bilohorivka, but about a third of the village remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defence Forces. At the same time, the settlement itself has been reduced to rubble as a result of prolonged fighting and constant shelling.
At the same time, pressure continues to be exerted on the positions of the Ukrainian military in the area of Verkhnekamianske. Against the backdrop of regular assaults, there was information about the presence of Russian units on the outskirts of Siversk. However, according to analysts, this information is untrue – there is no fighting within the city.
Despite the enemy’s activity, the front line in the area remains stable. Russian troops have not been able to make any significant progress on the Siversk sector. Instead, the situation in the Lyman area is more complicated – this will be reported separately.
