Today, on 4 January, Russian troops launched an air strike on the Svesa community in Shostka district, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reports.
The occupiers used a guided aerial bomb (KAB) to attack, which hit a residential high-rise building.
According to preliminary information, two children and one adult were wounded. One of the entrances to the building was destroyed.
An emergency rescue operation is underway. Rescuers assume that there may be people under the rubble.
