        Demilitarization of Crimea: Russian Valdai radar station destroyed at Dzhankoy airfield

        Ukrainian reconnaissance units destroyed the latest Russian Valdai radar system at the Dzhankoy airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea. The complex is designed to combat UAVs.

        This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

        Operators of unmanned systems of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine detected and accurately hit a camouflaged Russian Valdai radar system at the Dzhankoy airfield in Crimea.

        The Valdai radar is a new Russian development designed to detect and counter small unmanned aerial vehicles. As a result of the special operation, the system was destroyed.
