On the night of 28 June (from 22:00 on 27 June), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 23 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of dummy drones, according to the Ukrainian Air Force Command.
The main target of the attack was the Odesa region.
“As of 9 a.m., air defences destroyed 22 enemy Shahed-type UAVs (and other types of drones) in the south of the country. Twenty-one were shot down with firepower, and one was lost/suppressed by electronic warfare.
The impact of an enemy strike UAV was recorded in one location (Odesa), and the fall of downed UAVs was recorded in eight locations,” the military said in a statement.
