        On the night of 7 December, a massive combined strike was launched on infrastructure facilities in Kremenchuk. Some areas of the city are experiencing power, water and heating outages. This was reported by the mayor of Kremenchuk, Vitaliy Maletskiy.

        According to Maletsky, all city services are currently working around the clock to restore critical systems as quickly as possible and stabilise the situation in Kremenchuk. The regional military administration will release official and confirmed information about the consequences of the attack after assessing the situation.

        The mayor urged residents to remain in safe places, follow safety rules, and refrain from sharing photos or videos of the aftermath of the shelling, stressing that this is a matter of community safety. According to him, the city continues to function, and all damage will be repaired.
