President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a network of export centers for Ukrainian technologies, primarily drones, will begin operating across Europe in 2026.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that aviation and drone technologies are among the most promising areas for investment in Ukraine. According to him, around 450 companies currently produce drones in the country, with 40–50 considered industry leaders.
Zelenskyy stressed that 2026 will be a year of investment in Ukrainian technologies, first and foremost in drones. He noted that the drone industry is the largest in Ukraine in terms of funding flowing into the country during the war.
The president also announced the opening of exports for Ukrainian technologies. In 2026, ten export centers and representative offices will operate across Europe, including in the Baltic states and Northern European countries.
In addition, Zelenskyy said that production of Ukrainian drones will begin in Germany in mid-February, where he will personally receive the first drone produced. He added that production lines for Ukrainian drones are already operating in the United Kingdom and are based entirely on Ukrainian technologies.
Zelenskyy emphasized that Europe’s security today is largely built on technologies and drones, with most related projects relying on Ukrainian technologies and specialists. He also noted that due to the war, not all companies yet feel able to enter all other markets.
