Among the victims of the Russian missile strike on the village of Lapaivka in the Lviv region was 15-year-old Anastasiia Hrytsiv, a tenth-grade student at the Lapaivka Lyceum named after Hero of Ukraine Heorhii Kirpa. The girl was killed together with her parents when a missile hit their house.
The tragedy was reported by the Lapaivka Lyceum on its official Facebook page. Teachers and classmates remember Anastasiia as “a kind, gentle, and bright soul.”
“We cannot believe she will no longer walk into her classroom or smile as only she could. Eternity has embraced an entire family,” the school’s post reads.
The lyceum community is mourning the loss and praying for the repose of the victims’ souls.
