On the night of November 18-19, Russia carried out another combined attack on Ukraine. It is known that the occupiers used more than 470 strike drones and 48 ballistic and cruise missiles for the attack.

This was reported by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

In Ternopil, residential nine-story buildings were hit, fires broke out, and people may be trapped under the rubble.

The aftermath of the Russian attack is still being dealt with in many regions. As of now, dozens of people are known to have been injured and nine people have died.

“There was a massive strike on our city of Kharkiv last night. Dozens of people in the city were injured, including children. Energy, transport, and civilian infrastructure were damaged,” Zelenskyy wrote.

Energy facilities in the Ivano-Frankivsk region were also attacked. Three people were injured, including two children. In the Lviv region, the Russians struck critical infrastructure and energy facilities. The Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions were also under attack.

“Every brazen attack against ordinary life shows that the pressure on Russia is insufficient. Effective sanctions and assistance to Ukraine can change this. The most urgent needs are missiles for air defense, additional systems, increasing the capabilities of our combat aviation, and the production of drones to protect lives,” Zelenskyy concluded.
