Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a conversation with representatives of U.S. President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The sides discussed how to intensify diplomacy and bring peace closer.

The president described the conversation as good and important. According to him, Ukraine needs peace with dignity and has long been ready for it.
“Our teams remain in close contact, including to continue working on everything we discussed,” Zelenskyy said.
He thanked Witkoff and Kushner for their personal efforts for peace and also expressed gratitude to President Trump and the American people for their unwavering support.
According to a Suspilne source in diplomatic circles, Volodymyr Zelenskyy is considering a trip to the United States in July. During the visit, the Ukrainian president may take part in the farewell ceremony for Senator Lindsey Graham and hold a bilateral meeting with Donald Trump to continue negotiations on ending the war.
The final plan for the trip has not yet been agreed upon. In case Zelenskyy does not travel to the United States, a different composition of the Ukrainian delegation is also being considered.
