More than 200 agreements worth more than €10 billion were reached on the first day of the Ukraine Recovery Conference. The event was attended by more than 30 countries, hundreds of companies, political and civic leaders.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on social media on the evening of July 10.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Italy for the high level of organization of the URC 2025 Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery. According to him, more than 200 agreements worth more than €10 billion were reached during the event.
The European Union announced a new support package worth more than 2 billion euros. Finland will provide Ukraine with more than 300 million euros for reconstruction, and the Netherlands will provide another 300 million euros. In addition, Germany has expressed its readiness to help with the purchase of an additional Patriot air defense system.
The conference focused on the humanitarian aspect, in particular the human dimension of recovery – physical, social and mental.
“We continue to work for real peace, security and recovery,” Zelenskyy said.
