Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine could strike equipment located in Belarus that, according to him, is being used to support Russian attacks, UNIAN reports.

Commenting on remarks by Alexander Lukashenko, who said he had “gone too far” in his statements about Zelensky and insisted that Belarus would not enter the war, the Ukrainian president said that personal remarks could be forgiven, but participation in the war against Ukraine could not.

Zelensky recalled that Russian missiles had been launched at Ukraine from Belarusian territory since the first days of the full-scale invasion.

According to him, relay stations and other equipment used to help guide strikes against Ukrainian civilian targets are still operating in Belarus.

“If Lukashenko does not switch off this equipment, we will do it ourselves. A week should be enough for him,” Zelensky said.

The president also described Belarus as one of the main suppliers of fuel to the Russian military.

In addition, he expressed the view that Russia may try to draw Belarus into the war through various provocations.
