Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he had received a briefing from the head of Ukraine’s Military Intelligence Directorate (HUR), Oleh Ivashchenko, regarding Russia’s missile production capabilities and newly uncovered Kremlin plans concerning Ukraine and several other regions.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukrainian intelligence obtained detailed information about Russian missile production facilities, manufacturing volumes, supply routes for critical components and machinery, as well as foreign companies and individuals helping Moscow circumvent international sanctions.

“We are preparing updated countermeasures — both Ukrainian and coordinated with our partners. It is important that pressure on Russia continues to increase,” Zelenskyy said.

The president also stated that Russia has identified Ukrainian companies involved in missile technology development as one of its priority targets for future military, political and propaganda attacks.

According to him, the Kremlin considers Ukraine’s ability to develop its own ballistic missile system and localize the production of anti-ballistic defense systems a strategic threat.

        “We will respond,” Zelenskyy stressed.

He also said that Ukrainian military intelligence had obtained new internal Russian political planning documents. The materials concern Ukraine’s relations with Moldova, South Caucasus countries, the Middle East and the Gulf region.

Zelenskyy noted that one of Russia’s key objectives is to limit Ukraine’s security, economic and other strategic ties with those countries.

“We believe this only confirms that both Ukraine and our partners are moving in the right direction toward greater security, stronger sovereignty and the complete neutralization of Russian influence,” he said.

The president also highlighted the situation in Armenia. In his view, Europe should provide stronger support to nations that Russia continues to pressure politically.

“This is especially relevant for Armenia ahead of its elections. This is not simply a matter of a particular political choice; it is about the fundamental right of a people to determine their own future,” Zelenskyy said.

He added that Ukraine is preparing relevant proposals for further cooperation with international partners.
