President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, acting Minister of Defence of Ukraine Yevhenii Khmara, and Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pavlo Palisa. The procedure for responding to Russian strikes was determined.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the overall situation at the front. The participants of the meeting discussed in detail the directions and tasks that require the greatest attention and prompt decisions.
“We determined the order of our actions in response to Russian strikes on our country’s infrastructure, namely in response to Russian terror against our cities and communities in the border and frontline regions, Kyiv and the region, Odesa region, and our maritime corridor,” the statement reads.
According to Zelenskyy, at all levels — in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defence, other government structures, intelligence agencies, and special services — there is already a clear list of measures.
Yevhenii Khmara is preparing decisions that should ensure the prompt implementation of the necessary requests from corps commanders following communication with them over the past weeks. Pavlo Palisa and the team of the Office of the President will continue to assist with coordinating the work.
