President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced his arrival in Brussels and announced a series of meetings with European partners.
“Europe needs a strong, united position to ensure lasting peace. Every fundamental issue impacting Europe – and ending Russia’s war against Ukraine is undoubtedly one of them – requires coordinated and effective work from European nations,” Zelenskyy said in a statement.
According to him, the visit will include meetings with the leaders and heads of government of France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, the NATO Secretary General, the President of the European Council and the President of the European Commission, as well as representatives of the UK and other countries. Zelenskyy is also scheduled to attend a meeting of the European Council.
