President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with US Special Representative for Ukraine Keith Kellogg. The general is heading the American delegation to the Ukraine Recovery Conference.

During the talks, Zelenskyy and Kellogg discussed arms supplies, strengthening air defense amid growing Russian attacks, as well as the purchase of American weapons, joint production and localization in Ukraine.
“We understand that stricter restrictions are needed against Russian energy, and especially secondary sanctions against buyers of Russian oil,” Zelenskyy wrote.
The Ukrainian leader expressed hope that the bill by Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal on sanctions would move forward in the US Congress.
The President thanked Donald Trump, both parties and the entire American people for their support and assistance.
