During the 36th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format, partners announced new military aid packages that will include Patriot missiles, F-16 aircraft, tens of thousands of drones and artillery ammunition. The Ukrainian side also presented its War Plan to allies for the first time, outlining how the Defense Forces are operating.

Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi presented Ukraine’s War Plan to partners.
Following the meeting, Germany announced new deliveries of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems and F-16 aircraft, as well as the procurement of drones.
The United Kingdom will allocate £100 million for the purchase of US weapons through the PURL mechanism. In addition, by the end of the year it plans to deliver another 95,000 drones to Ukraine, as well as tens of thousands of extended-range artillery shells funded by other countries.
The Netherlands announced a $300 million contribution to the Drone Line project and the transfer of 300 missiles for countering drones.
Norway confirmed its previously announced $200 million package for the purchase of Patriot missiles.
Poland is preparing a new €50 million aid package that will include, among other things, air defense equipment.
Spain will provide €2 million for fuel through the NATO Support and Procurement Agency, as well as air defense missiles and artillery ammunition.
Lithuania will contribute $10 million to PURL, while Sweden announced a $28 million support package, half of which will also be directed to PURL.
Estonia said it will continue supporting Ukraine in 2027 at a level of at least 0.25% of its GDP.
