National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov announced the completion of several days of negotiations in the United States with representatives of President Donald Trump. The Ukrainian side received all current drafts of U.S. proposals and is preparing them for discussion with the President of Ukraine.
Rustem Umerov reported on the results of the Ukrainian delegation’s work in the United States. He said that the team, together with Andriy Hnatov, spent several days holding talks with White House representatives and received a full package of information about their conversation in Moscow, including all current proposals.
Umerov noted that Ukraine’s primary task was to obtain these materials for detailed discussion with the President of Ukraine. He stressed that Ukraine, together with its international partners, must do everything possible to ensure a dignified end to the war.
The NSDC Secretary added that today President Zelenskyy will receive all information about the dialogue with the U.S. and all documents obtained during the meetings. “We are working as intensively as possible. Glory to Ukraine!”, he concluded.
