A Ukrainian Su-27 fighter jet destroyed a Russian anti-aircraft system by hitting it with an AGM-88 HARM missile.
This is reported by the “Sunflower” Telegram channel, which published the relevant footage of objective control.
The pilot of the 39th Tactical Aviation Brigade struck at the enemy air defence system, which resulted in the detonation of the munition. A reconnaissance drone recorded the moment of the attack. The video shows a secondary explosion of the solid-fuel engine and an uncontrolled launch of the SAM missile.
Due to the poor quality of the video, it is impossible to identify the type of target, but the recording of the radar station at the time of the attack confirms the use of a HARM missile. It is likely to be a Buk or Tor anti-aircraft system.
