On November 6 and overnight into November 7, Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out strikes against several Russian military targets inside Russia and in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. Two launchers of the Iskander tactical ballistic missile system and a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and gun system were hit in Russia’s Bryansk region.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the strikes.
According to the Ukrainian military command, two Iskander missile launchers were targeted in Bryansk region. The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
The General Staff emphasized that disabling such launchers reduces the Russian military’s ability to carry out ballistic missile strikes against Ukrainian cities.
In addition, Ukrainian forces struck a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile and gun system in Bryansk region, which is designed to provide air defense protection for Russian facilities.
Strikes also targeted Russian military logistics in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region. Warehouses containing Russian military supplies and equipment were hit near Sokolohirsk and Zaaidarivka.
In the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region, near Novobohdanivka, Ukrainian forces struck a location where Russian drone operators were concentrated.
