Russian drones attacked one of Clear Energy’s biomass-fired power plants overnight, company founder Andriy Hrynenko reported.
“Last night, three drones targeted one of our Ukrainian combined heat and power plants — the one our Clear Energy team built in 2016. It became a benchmark for the industry — the first large-scale biomass power station that proved to Ukraine: energy independence begins with local resources,” he wrote on Facebook.
“For me, this project has always been special because of the people who created it with faith in a strong, self-sufficient country,” Hrynenko added.
According to him, no one was injured as a result of the attack.
