        Ukraine Receives First €3.2 Billion Tranche of EU Loan

        Ukraine has received the first tranche of the EU’s Ukraine Support Loan worth €3.2 billion. The funds have already been transferred to the state budget, Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko said.

        According to her, the money will be used to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities and social resilience.

        Svyrydenko thanked the European Commission, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and EU leaders for the decision to support Ukraine.
