Russian forces struck a high-rise apartment building in Kyiv’s Desnianskyi district on the evening of October 7. Two people were killed and four others were injured, including two children.
The Kyiv State Emergency Service reported this.
The Russian attack caused a fire and partially damaged the structure of the 12-storey building at the level of the 10th floor.
Rescuers found the bodies of two people in one of the damaged apartments.
Twenty-two people were rescued from the building, including eight children. Four people were injured, including two children.
Emergency Service psychologists provided assistance to 12 residents of the building.
