On 15 April, the heating season ended in Kharkiv. This was reported by the press service of the city council, citing the words of Mayor Igor Terekhov.
‘There was a lot of damage that Kharkiv residents did not even notice because their homes were still warm. But in fact, the specialists worked around the clock to ensure heat supply. I am very grateful to our heating workers who, despite the constant shelling, did their job,’ the city council press service quoted Terekhov as saying.
They also added that they have already started preparations for the next heating season.
