On the night of August 11, Russian forces launched a massive combined attack on Zaporizhzhia. The occupiers attacked the city with missiles and guided aerial bombs, causing casualties.
This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
Six people were killed in the attack, while another 19 were injured.
Russian forces attacked industrial facilities and infrastructure. A garage cooperative, non-residential buildings and four apartment buildings were damaged.
Over the course of the day, another 52 people were injured as a result of Russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district. The occupiers carried out 938 strikes on 58 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, including 10 missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia.
