On February 10, Russian troops shelled the central part of Kherson, damaging a multi-story building.
According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, the shelling took place around 16:20. The shells hit a residential high-rise, damaging apartments and parked cars.
As a result of the attack, a 59-year-old woman sustained blast trauma and contusion. Medics took the victim to a hospital, her condition is moderate.
