In the village of Kurtivka in Donetsk region, Russian shelling claimed the lives of a 36-year-old woman and her three-year-old daughter. A 15-year-old child was wounded.
The enemy used a FAB-250 bomb against the civilian population, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports.
‘As a result of the shelling, a 36-year-old mother and her three-year-old daughter died on the spot from injuries incompatible with life. Another 15-year-old child of the deceased woman was taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds and a fractured hip. During the attack, the family was at the playground,’ the statement said.
Law enforcement officers have launched an investigation into the war crime.
