President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has published the first footage of the Russian attack on Izium, Kharkiv region. The city council building was hit.
As of now, it is known that more than 20 people were injured. Five people were killed.
“It is impossible to reconcile with this cruelty. We need to put pressure on Russia, use as much force as possible – the force of weapons, the force of sanctions, the force of diplomacy – to stop terror and protect lives,” Zelensky wrote.
