        Russians dropped four guided bombs on houses and daycare center in Sumy region

        On April 27, Russian forces dropped guided bombs on the central part of the Yampil community. Following the airstrike, three people sought medical attention.

        This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Grigorov.

        “The enemy launched four guided aerial bombs at the central part of the community—specifically targeting civilian infrastructure,” the statement reads.

        According to preliminary data, people were on the street near one of the impact sites during the airstrikes. Four victims received medical assistance; their injuries are not serious.

        A kindergarten was significantly damaged as a result of the strike. At the time of the attack, there were neither children nor staff at the facility, as classes are being held remotely.

        Cleanup efforts are ongoing.
