Russia was preparing offensives on four fronts, but two of them have already failed. Thanks to the actions of the Ukrainian military, the enemy has suffered significant losses and lacks the strength for large-scale operations.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to Ukrinform.

“Four main directions were chosen by Russia according to all documents and all intelligence data. We only did not know the sequence, but, in principle, this is what happened — the Sumy offensive, the Novopavlivka operation, the Pokrovsk operation as one of the main ones, as well as the Zaporizhzhia direction. These are the four directions for which we saw the relevant data,“ the president said.

According to Zelenskyy, the Sumy operation failed and the Russians suffered heavy losses.

”As of today — I don’t know what will happen tomorrow — they have abandoned this direction and transferred their resources and personnel to another direction. I believe that they suffered even greater losses there. We will announce the other direction, I think, within the next two days. I would like us to talk about this in more detail,” Zelenskyy said.

According to the president, thanks to the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russians have lost a great number of personnel, so they will not have enough strength to deliver powerful blows within the remaining two operations.

“I think that today they will not have enough strength for large-scale operations,” the head of state believes.
