On July 24, Russian drones attacked civilian vehicles in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. A 65-year-old driver was killed, while the second driver was hospitalized with injuries.
This was reported by Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov and the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv region.
One of the drones hit a VAZ 2171 Priora car. The 65-year-old driver sustained severe injuries and died from them.
As clarified by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the wounded man died in the ambulance.
“Doctors did everything possible to save him, but the injuries were critical,” wrote the head of the regional administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
Several hours later, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that another UAV had hit a different car. The driver was injured and hospitalized.
