An enemy UAV struck a civilian car on a road in Kupiansk, wounding a man and a woman, according to the police.
“The attack occurred on 22 February at around 09:15 on the outskirts of Kupiansk. The victims, aged 63 and 56, were taken to hospital. The vehicle was completely destroyed by fire,” the statement reads.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for the war crime.
