In Kherson’s Central District, Russian forces attacked a civilian car with a drone. The incident occurred at around 16:00, according to regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin.
A 40-year-old man sustained an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to his face. Paramedics transported him to a hospital for medical treatment.
