A Russian drone attacked the private sector in Sumy, causing significant damage.
According to the police of Sumy region, five people were injured in the attack, including a five-year-old child.
The shelling damaged 25 private houses and the premises of a local business.
Investigative teams of police and special services were working at the scene to document the consequences of the shelling and provide assistance to the victims.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Violation of the laws and customs of war”).
