On September 14, at around 10:00, Russian forces attacked the central part of Pryluky with Banderol-type cruise missiles. Fifteen people are known to have been affected, three of them were killed, including Oleksandr Shket, a prosecutor of the Pryluky District Prosecutor’s Office.
This was reported by the Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
As a result of the attack, warehouse premises and surrounding structures were damaged. Windows were also blown out in apartment buildings, and an administrative building was damaged.
Fifteen people are known to have been affected and three killed. Among the victims of the Russian strike was Oleksandr Shket, a prosecutor of the Pryluky District Prosecutor’s Office. He had worked in the prosecution bodies of Chernihiv region for more than 15 years.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — a war crime that resulted in the deaths of people.
September 15 was declared a Day of Mourning in Pryluky for those killed.
